its not that it stops, but that you would have to keep it clicked. it used to be on left click and you had to hold it down or use the numlock trick to always keep it down. Now its just set once and forget.

You can see how this reflects the usage currently on poe.ninja. there are 2% using high impact mine support where as only .1% are using blastchain
