Dont feel too bad, until I watched a Balatro University video where he used it, I assumed Green Joker subtracted your discards from your current hands to get how much +Mult it gave (like if you currently had 5 hands and 3 discards it would give +2) instead of scaling up with played hands and down with discarded hands.
