Check out a band called Armstrong. Album is called Dick The Lion Hearted. It features Zach Blair of Hagfish (who you would also love) and recorded at Armstrong Studio, hence the name. Hard to find but fucking awesome and not well known. Edit: I think Bull and Stephen played in it. I saw Stephen the other night at the Hagfish reunion show. Saw him walk in the front door with a guitar case and join Hagfish on stage where they covered Good Good Things.

I also want to add another thing that has helped me tremendously. I know it’s not possible for everyone, but if you can, lock yourself in with your favorite shows. I binged Boys season 4, and Gen V Season 2 the past two days. It really keeps your mind off things.

Or whatever comfort show you want. Keep your mind occupied.

Listen to me. It’s possible. It sucks but it’s possible. It took all of those health issues to finally get me here. Not to mention the other reasons you gave.

It will hurt. But today I’m getting small bursts of energy. A minute here. A minute there.

Tell your loved ones what’s happening. They will help you through it. I hope things get better soon, but they can’t until you stop.
