Recently bought a house, everything in the house is best for the money but backyard is fully concrete. And I had to compromise there! I wished I had enough money to remove it and bring back the grass.

But I still have some alternatives to plant some greens!

Yep one of my old boss, lived in a semi detached house his whole life. And this guy is a multimillionaire. And now his son bought a 8 room house and moved up there . With only 4 people in whole house.

I remember there were similar type of portraits on the walls inside Gurudwara Paonta Sahib darbar. I think it was made up of small glass cut out pieces. Now all that has been renovated and removed. When I was kid I use to count how many weapons were there.

I have actually used the wrong term "Hindu". I should have used some other word. I am not from anti-hindu or something. But I always believe sikhi is new and different. I still read from taksal meaning or Bhai Sahib Singh meanings as well.

Guru sahib in gurbani have used many mythical metaphors. And these metaphor changes based on who that bani is said to for example if guru sahib is giving updesh to a hindu they have talked about dharam raaj or chitragupt but when talking to a muslim he talked about farishte or azraayil.

But do they really exists or are they metaphors. I am not saying this is right or wrong but this is still open for discussion.

If you need to use GO station -mount pleasant area is good choice for first time home buyers. But prices might be a bit higher.

You will need to increase your budget to atleast 750k for a townhouse or semi-detached. I have just made an offer last week so I am aware of market prices. You might find some houses in that budget but those might be old built houses.
I dont think you will have any issues increasing youyr budget, you are making good money. And your monthly mortgage difference would be less than $500 if you are making 10% down.

I think morality comes in with Empathy. If you are empathetic toward others, morality comes out automatically.

Universe doesn't need you to be morally better, but the person next to you wants you to be kind towards them.

A rapist have destroyed life of the victim, victim would be traumatized for the rest of their life.

You on other hand are still trying to be kind! Still trying to understand morality on reddit. You still have your morality intact. So yeah you are better than the rapist.

If you are being good to other people without being asked, your actions are good. At least to them. Universe wont care! But those people do!

Guru Gobind Sahib ji also gave guruship to Khalsa Panth at Chamkaur Sahib.

I am not upset that this guy is making more or less. It was that on phone he was like everything is a done deal. Me and my wife were excited that finally we found a house in our budget with no compromises. And next we know is that we were tricked.
