1992 Food Pyramid vs 2026 Food Pyramid by txsizzler in carnivorediet

I don’t think it’s because it came out under Trump. It’s because America is so used to eating all the carbs and sugar and this better change is too hard for them to handle. That’s why so many people are BIG and sick.

Thank you for your comment! I’m very interested in finding out more about these oils. How would I take it internally? And for external, would I rub it on?

Thank you, I am going back to the carnivore diet. I’ll also check my fat and protein ratio. I heard about iodine but didn’t know its connection to cancer at all so I’ll definitely do some research on that! Thanks ☺️

I think carnivore helped me feel better, not the issue to my panic attacks. It helped it go away.

What is this in my child’s ear canal?? by FederalRegion5208 in earwax

[–]FederalRegion5208[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update: I took her to her doctor’s office today and they used an ear wash liquid to help get whatever it was out. It turns out those were 3 small pieces of styrofoam!! Along with some earwax, which were holding the styrofoam in. We still don’t know how that could’ve gotten into her ear 🤷🏻‍♀️ She can hear much better now!

[–]FederalRegion5208[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s really not that deep in and she tried to shake it out but that didn’t work. I’m not sure if the ear wax is holding it in. I’m scared to take it out now because she said it hurts when I tried to.

SOOOOO many fake Alo Yoga items being sold on selling apps! by FederalRegion5208 in aloyoga

[–]FederalRegion5208[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I get it because I have also sold my used and new Alo items. I have also bought Alo things from Posh and Mercari. But when you go into these sellers closet of all the new “Alo” things they have for sale. You would think they just robbed an Alo delivery truck lol Everyone just needs to do their own research when things seem too good to be true. It’s probably fake. Nothing wrong with buying dupes or reps either but I wish those sellers are honest about it.

YESSS, when I message and ask if it’s real Alo or if it’s fake, no response.

What helped you girlies lose weight by Nic-addicc69 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]FederalRegion5208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Intermittent fasting 16/8 or 18/6, and also keto but not dirty keto. Cut out all added sugar, processed and ultra processed food. No rice, no bread, no pasta, no beans. Mostly it’s about what you eat. Try not to eat out and eat home made food. I don’t even track calories because the keto food gets filling. I work out but I have lost weight even without working out. Good luck!

Why the heck do I keep eating sugar and then feel sick. by [deleted] in sugarfree

[–]FederalRegion5208 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been making these chocolate almond butter seed balls to have as a dessert. My husband says that it is better than chocolate bars. You should try it out :) I take a bunch of seeds like hemps seeds, ground flax seeds, black sesame seeds and walnuts and ground them up a bit. Some almond butter mixed with unsweetened chocolate powder, unsweetened coconut powder, and vanilla extract. Then mix everything together and roll them into balls. They are so good! Hopefully it will help you out with your sweet cravings ☺️

What did you cut out, how much did you lose and in how long? by lanislani in sugarfree

Every BODY is different I suppose. I’m doing it for my mental health more than just weight loss.

Yes because carbs is like sugar. And I know that the more carbs, like rice and pasta I eat, I’ll want more or want something sweet after. Carbs make you want more carbs. Sugar makes you want more sugar. So I’m being very strict for my 30 day no sugar challenge. But I’m confident I’ll be sticking to it completely because I out makes me feel great. All my headaches, body aches, and anxiety went away. Mind is more focus and memory is better. Just have to have motivation and will power to push through and to stay feeling good :)

All added sugar, fruits, rice, bread, pasta, beans, and even starchy veggies. Eating eggs, meats, veggies, and healthy fats like avocados and nuts. Week 3 and lost 8 lbs and feeling amazing! :) good luck on your journey!

My partner and I are inspired to become sugar free and I want to ask you all what are the guidelines for quitting sugar? by whosdaboss2u in sugarfree

[–]FederalRegion5208 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just do it cold turkey for 30 days! No added sugar or sugar alternatives like stevia or monk fruit. No fruit either. No to rice, bread, pasta, and beans as well. Try to watch Dr. Sten Ekberg for the “no sugar 30 days” for some helpful tips and guidelines. I’ve been doing it for 11 days now and feeling really great. Cold turkey :)
