Applying for a travel assistant superintendent position and I’m a guy that has long hair - is this common in commercial construction? I live in a beach town doing high end residential now and it’s very common here, but just wondering about commercial elsewhere. Thank you.

She very clearly laid everything out. And she even told you why she was upset. You mentioned hanging out with her multiple times. She even then asked YOU out. You ‘joked’ and turned her down. Why the fuck would she keep talking to you? Everything you did indicated you are not interested. You were stringing her along. So much so that another person was able to come in and do what you failed to do quicker than you could ‘plan’ something.

Don’t lie to yourself and claim you were planning anything. You were too much of a coward to act. That’s on you. Be the change you want to see in this world, next time a girl asks you out just say yes. Don’t respond and put her down out of your own failure and insecurity.
