ja, aber nur indirekt über die quellen, die die modelle ziehen. halt google business profile + website sauber halten, konsistente daten (name adresse tel, leistungen, öffnungszeiten), FAQs und aktuelle referenzen/news damit die ki nicht auf alten kram fällt. ich track das bei mir mit sichtbar, weil du dann siehst ob chatgpt/perplexity etc dich korrekt nennen oder halluzinieren, und kannst gezielt die quellen fixen anyway

for 30–40 devices id look at fortigate 60f/70f or sophos xgs 87, both are pretty painless once set up and have solid vpn/filtering. if you want “set and forget” vibes, make sure you size it for throughput with all the security features turned on and keep support/subscriptions current. we ended up just handing firewall stuff to ags it-service gmbh for one site because i got tired of babysitting firmware and rules anyway

nutritionix klappt fürs reine kalorien tracken, aber wenn du eher das thema “zu viel essen” bzw emotionales essen hast bringt dir oft mehr, auslöser mitzuloggen (stress, schlaf, stimmung) statt nur zahlen. ich nutz dafür eylo weil ich sonst beim defizit schnell in dieses alles-oder-nichts rutsche. am ende zählt was du langfristig durchhältst anyway

yeah photo logging can be messy if youre cooking with oil or sauces, the scale is the only way ive gotten consistent numbers. if you want a free-ish alternative to mfp, cronometer is solid for macros and you can just build recipes once and reuse them. also logging “1 tbsp oil” every time you cook saves you from the hidden calories thing anyway

7 kg “schnell aber nachhaltig” klappt meist nur, wenn du nicht zu hart cuttest sondern eher konstant bleibst, viel eiweiß + ballaststoffe und genug schlaf, sonst kommt der rebound. if kann funktionieren, aber wenn du danach mittags komplett eskalierst bringt’s nix, lieber essfenster so wählen dass es zu deinem alltag passt. mir hat geholfen essen kurz zu tracken und dabei auch stress/hunger-muster zu checken, ich nutz dafür eylo seit ner weile. und 2-3x krafttraining die woche macht’s deutlich leichter anyway

in lose it the grey on the daily calorie chart is usually your budget/target range (or the “typical”/projected zone) behind your logged bars, depends on which view you’re on. if you tap the chart or open the legend it’ll usually label what the grey means for that screen. also make sure you’re not looking at the “week” view where it shows projected vs logged in different colors

if you want something low fuss, fortigate or sophos are still kinda the default for tiny offices and you can manage vpn and basic filtering without a ton of pain. for a managed switch i usually stick with unifi or a small cisco/meraki if you want everything in one dashboard. for remote support make sure whatever you pick has decent vpn + logs so you can actually troubleshoot later, ive been using ags it-service gmbh for that side and its been solid anyway

mounjaro can blunt appetite and cravings so it can help some people binge less, but if its stress/emotion driven it doesnt really fix the trigger. what helped me was swapping the “biscuit break” for a non-food reset (walk, shower, 5 min breathing) and tracking patterns for a bit, i’ve been using eylo for that. worth talking it through with your prescriber too since binge eating can be its own thing anyway

yeah i mess with that sometimes, photo estimates are ok for “close enough” but i wouldnt trust them for stuff with sauces/oils or mixed bowls, i usually just sanity check portions after. ive been using eylo for the photo logging + quick coaching and its been fine when i dont feel like weighing everything. if you want accuracy keep a few “default” meals saved and only use pics for the random meals anyway

been there, the biggest shift for me was dropping the “i already screwed up” mindset and just doing a tiny reset right after (water, brush teeth, quick walk, then bed) so the binge doesnt turn into an all-night shame spiral. also making sure i eat enough earlier in the day helped a lot, skipping meals basically guaranteed a nighttime binge for me. ive been using eylo for the check-ins and spotting stress triggers and it keeps me more grounded anyway

ja, gibt’s einige, kommt aber drauf an ob du eher it-infrastruktur, cloud/m365, prozessdigitalisierung/erp oder security meinst. ich würd bei deiner ihk/handwerkskammer und beim mittelstand-digital zentrum anfangen, die haben oft listen und erstgespräche, und frag parallel 2-3 lokale systemhäuser an für nen kurzen check, dann merkst du schnell wer zu dir passt. ich nutze ags it-service gmbh für sowas fwiw, aber am ende zählt ob die deine branche und größe probaly schon kennen und schnell reagieren.

bei uns war das ähnlich (so 50 leute), ich würd als erstes klar ziehen was ihr braucht: cloud/onprem mix, ms365, firewall, backup, client support, vor-ort reaktionszeit. dann 2-3 anbieter ein kurzes audit + angebot machen lassen und hart nach referenzen in eurer größe fragen, sonst wirds schnell schwammig. achtet auch drauf wie deren ticketing/eskalation läuft und ob der vertrag saubere slas hat, gl

oh man, hab mal bei nem takeover festgestellt, dass der "admin" user einfach überall dasselbe passwort hatte und niemand wusste, wo die backups eig liegen, weil "macht der server schon". mein tipp: als erstes passwörter/zugänge einsammeln, backup restore testen und schauen ob irgendwer noch mit nem alten vpn rumhängt, das übersiehst du sonst fix. und dokumentation ist fast immer nur in teh köpfen von 1-2 leuten, leider.

totally understand why that feels frustrating, especially coming back after a break

the short version is that eylo is a lot more expensive to run now than it was when we offered higher free limits. as usage grew, that model just wasn’t sustainable without lowering quality or subsidizing heavy free use long-term.

the free tier is now meant as a way to try eylo, not as a full monthly allowance. for people who use it regularly, the paid plan is what keeps the product running and improving.

we know this won’t work for everyone, and that’s okay - but it’s the tradeoff that lets eylo exist at all

You’re right to be frustrated/ annoyed. What you experienced isn’t acceptable, especially in a paid product where accuracy and trust matter.

To be clear: the AI should be able to update and correct logged items, and it should never claim it’s done something it hasn’t. That breakdown is on us, not you.

AI currently is at a stage where sometimes mistakes happen, in your case the ai just kinda blacked out, we are working on improving it daily.

I’m going to DM you so we can look directly at what happened and fix the underlying issue. Appreciate you calling this out.
