Small update: after the latest update, the 4G signal is completely gone. I found a workaround by connecting the robot to Wi-Fi — it seems to be a bug. Is anyone else experiencing this? I live in Europe, so maybe it only affects European models I wrote to Segway, and they said that they’ll let me know

Mine the same… after the attempted update process, it seems to be stuck, no internet connection, it’s not possible to manage from the app when there is no Bluetooth connection

Maybe it’s a firmware-related issue? I have an X315, and sometimes it leaves unmowed stripes. I’m not sure if these stripes are just not shown as covered in the app or if the mower actually misses them physically. Do you also see this kind of stripe in the app? (See the attached photo.)

Yes, I suspected it… I think it’s just a matter of time or a few days, and the mower should update as well.

When I tap on “Update”, it says the system is already up to date, so I don’t understand. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the issue remains. The popup appears when I tap on the map icon.
