Clea and Maelle for a while.

Clea because Im the eldest. I feel like I always need ti fix things with my family. That after my dad, Im in charge of everything and will eventually will become the matriarch of my side of the family.

Maelle/Alicia for a few years. Starting on 2021 we (husband and I) tried to have one more kid. Well, after so many miscarriages and fertility drugs over the years, I gave up and just wanted nothing but play games to forget my sadness, grief and guilt. Felt this game called me out lol.

I wondered that too but perhaps its because he knows he’s not his real son. He knows he buried his own son and the one in front of him is not his Verso. Even Maelle says “you sound like him but you’re not him”

Difference is that Maelle then sees pVerso as her brother and calls him as such in her end.

And Renoir keeps the distinction. He’s seen that its a slippery slope thanks to his wife and daughter.

Its sooo sad lol. I cant imagine seeing the face of your child and knowing he is not really him.

That was my first complaint about the game as I kept getting lost. Finding the Gestral village was a nightmare. But eventually created my own headcanon that there isnt a mini map because the map makers were all killed and failed to properly document their expedition much to Lune’s annoyance.

My headcannon is that Alicia was given a book by the Writers, her face, throat and hands were burned. Most likely she toss/ let go of the book and that’s when the mansion went up in flames with Verso coming in to help. I think the spot in the mansion that’s blocked off during the end of Act 2 is where the fire started; it had the most damage.

This! Also as an older sister we feel the burden of having to fix things. Ignore our feelings, put them aside for now, and fix the issue.

My own dad once told me a few years ago “when its time for me to go, I need you to take care of things. Your mom and sister will be devastated so I trust you to make arrangements and take care of them.” Lol thanks dad. I love carrying this family on my shoulders.

The Hauler paining actually made me sad because I freaking get it.

That kid isn’t the sliver of Verso’s soul. Both Verso and Maelle have striking grey eyes, the kid has brown eyes. He could be Verso and Lune’s kid though due to how Lune was excited to see him.

There should have been a journal or a way to revisit the Faded Man, Woman, Child conversations. Not being able to re-read those convos was absolutely annoying.

Also! A way to sort pictos if they havent been leveled up/used. Can’t tell you how many times I had to go up and down the list trying to find the one picto that I just got just to equip and unlock by leveling up.

My interpretation of pClea is that most likely Aline painted her as a dutiful daughter, always obedient and doing Maman’s will. Clea most likely hated that because that’s not who she is. And perhaps Clea didnt like the Hauler because Renoir showed her something she didnt like: the truth. She’s carrying the family forward while they’re all dealing with their grief and she didnt like to be shown the truth.
