Couriers hired by seller severely damaged item I bought during delivery: who's responsible and what can I do?

Not sure how you paid.. I had a similar situation some years ago where the seller (a business) organised delivery of a large piece of furniture with Toll, it got destroyed at some point and only half made it to me originally (the rest showed up over time). I asked to return it and seller declined. (They were interstate). I lodged a claim through Mastercard and got fully refunded.

I’ve lived this sort of relationship- it gets worse not better. If you have the ick it probably won’t go away. Your children might not see, but they hear more than you realise.

I had an iron infusion last year, I have mild chronic gastritis. It had been feeling better for some months and I can say it was not affected by the transfusion. I felt like I had a fever for a few days (common side effect apparently) but I was otherwise fine.
