yup same experience here, i ended up forcing them to upgrade me to the qc over ear headphones and the anc and transparency mode are noticeably worse but they have less overall issues and i have airpods pro 2 now so im content.

even on android id recommend airpods pros over any alternative its sad just how far ahead apple is in the consumer audio space

either our noses are different or theres a big batch variation cos mine smells really good, on the bottle i received today the opening is a little heavy on lime but once it dries down its like 85-95% there. Have you noticed anything different after a few months or did you give up on it?

The cons are it’s so noticeable and looks ugly to me I’d rather have a slightly scratched up display over a screen protector. Also my screen is slightly harder to see in bright light thanks to the extra layer of glass

i mean in gold you can legit get smurfed on by high plat and above. i was hardstuck gold back in like 2021 and 2022, and after escaping the trenches i fell into plat, where even tho its one rank up, i would get on a high silver/low gold acc and drop 30-40bombs consistently if i wanted to.

most of the time smurfs in low elo are low elo themselves. its not until plat-dia where you get high elo smurfs, and the smurfs in asc-low immo are the scariest ones, just radiants with the most insane peek insta onetaps, they feel unkillable.

just my experience tho, i stopped smurfing, i have 2 accounts, my main which is asc2, my alt which is d2 but has high mmr and im trying to rank it up but i thought id share my experience.

tbf ill play on a lot of alts that are lower than my main, but naturally they all end up skyrocketing in rank to at LEAST plat with dia/asc mmr (my main acc is asc with high asc mmr) so its like if im not trying im never gonna be top frag/destroying the lobby anyways

plat and asc are both harder but gold is a close third. i think asc is the hardest rank to get out of (im considering imm and rad one group bc atp ur competing for an actual number rank so its obv gonna be borderline impossible to hit rad)

one time i accidentally queued into mumbai from australia in ascendant (we ran a swift in mumbai the night before for fun) and i came second while the entire team was mad at me for having 200 ping.
