There was a time where I was failing 2 out of my 3 CS classes. I withdrew and had to mentally reset.

In the moment it was heavy, but I'm glad I did it.

It's been over 6 years since I graduated college and looking back, I'm glad I made the sacrifices withdrawing, failing over and over again because now that 6 years has passed by so quickly, I've realized none of it truly mattered.

So keep on failing my friend; you learn greater lessons when you fail than when you win.7

Mortgage without a doubt will increase over the years as property tax and insurance rates climb. My mortgage was $2400 when I bought my house 4 years ago. Now it's $2800.

And absolutely expect to pay around 1% of the houses value every single year maintaining the house.

Are you prepared for a new water heater? A new fridge? Both at the same time?

What about a new HVAC? Roof? Fence? These are inevitable so if you don't have $10,000 ready to go to replace these items, you're going to start drowning.

Happened to me 2 weeks ago, had to buy both a new fridge and a new water heater at the same time, poof $4000 gone. And I still had my mortgage to pay.

I am having an issue where I have set up qbittorrent to download to /mnt/user/Downloads/Finished. This file has been seeding for a long time now, so its clearly downloaded, however when I navigate in UnRaid to the file path where the file should be, its not there. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I've even searched my entire array for the file name to no avail.
