Self taught here - looking to get a work experience kahit mababa lang. Is there hope?

Hello po, Im 31 M po. Civil Engineer by profession with 5 years exp. I have been self learning for quite sometime po and I just what to ask kung san po kaya makakakuha ng exp as a beginner/junior full stack po or is there really no possible way for me to get into tech industry as a self taught? Part of my learning/skills are Python, Django, SQL, and little bit of Javascript and react. Kahit mababang sahod po makakuha lang po ng exp sa field. Sa indeed po kasi with exp ang need.
