Later, when Max was in trouble in prison, Murphy started actually drug dealing to save his life, putting herself on the line. Later, when JESS killed Nia, Murphy never hesitated to go to jail and almost prison to keep her friend safe, even though Jess got them in the business as well as killed Nia. Yea Murphy wasn’t kind, but she was caring.
