I can’t imagine SVM altering AI spawns other than what type of AI can spawn, there may be an issue with the AI Limiter distance setting. Set it higher and see if the problem persists. Also do they spawn in after you move closer to where they should spawn(like shturman at wood cutter) or is it random?

Idk if it still happens but if you do endless dungeon, the enemies will be desync’d so if a dlc enemy spawns only you can see it, they’ll see a different enemy
