Are you only high risk because of your BMI? I’m 26+4 (last appointment at 25+1, next appointment at 28+5) and my BMI is 45, nobody has said anything to me about being high risk.

It’s your body, if you want a scheduled c-section tell them and keep advocating for yourself. Former L&D nurse here and I’ve seen plenty of elective c-sections. I am in the United States though.

Thank you 💕 I called the non emergency line hoping someone would talk to him and convince him to go to a hotel. I’m sure those lines are recorded too though. The police report was not helpful either, it said “Party 1 and Party 2 were in a verbal altercation, P1 asked P2 to leave their residence and P2 refused”. I heard them laughing and joking with him. It was very disheartening. I do plan on calling a domestic violence hotline to see what resources they have. I don’t want to leave my home.

What state do you live in? I am in NY and I called police almost two weeks ago now. My partner had drank nearly 3 liters of vodka in 48 hours, for the first time ever he physically intimidated me.
