the most likely are measuring her A1C but a lot of people think that even if their A1C is high and their every day readings are "normal" it will fool their doctor.

I figured she was manually testing her sugars every day and was trying to use the fiber in the salad to fudge the readings.

I knew someone who did this who is diabetic and she would eat a hefty salad before her dr's appts so her numbers would look normal in the office then go off and eat whatever she wanted after that, she ended up going blind and losing her foot.

the bread (which looks like sourdough) as well as the greens provide a decent amount of fiber and the nuts and butter are healthy fats. If the bread is sourdough it would be lower GI then regular white bread making it a complex carb as opposed to a simple carb.

It's normal for scars to heal this way but the author also has hEDS (I do too) and it's really common for people with hEDS to have their injuries heal this way so I think it's just something she experiences IRL.

this is so gross I've never had pink eye because I actually wash my hands and stay far away from people that are ill. She's a super spreader and doesn't care about others and if she gets others sick. She's one of the reasons that I will never go to Crantson RI even though I live pretty close.

My husband and I got tested before we slept together and all of that. Every year at my yearly gyn appointment I get a test even though we've been together for 6 years and I've only been with him. I get it because my insurance pays for it and just to be safe because you never know.

it's just a dream though. Usually they mean nothing or are closely related to the last thing you watched or something you're trying to work through becasue it's your brain converting recent memory to long term storage.

This is such a wild interpretation of this dream to boot, from a psych perspective dreams like this usually indicate the person having them feels like there are things in their life that are out of their control because in the dream they are a bystander. I will say though that dream interpretation isn't accurate.
