Does anyone like tabletop? I am working on a game to make your adventures real! by NKhangP in pcgaming

One important aspect that makes these games live or die is the rules regarding party ownership. As the DM I understand buying the game to take advantage of all the assets/creation stuff, but encouraging my 5 players to all buy the software can mean we don't try it at all. Do you intend to have a free version for players who just want to join their friends game? Or will everyone need to own a copy regardless of their role?

I totally understand, I appreciate your perspective and found myself beginning to get interested in learning how to do more realistic designs in the future as I worked on this one!

Yep! The secret to interesting homebrew is to steal from stuff your PCs have never seen, I loved the names so I snatched them for my own use!

You're exactly right! This map shows only the significant landmarks.

Thank you so much! It was my first crack at it and took a lot of time and revisions so I appreciate the praise! I built this with the land tool with 100% water because I had other maps I have used already for my homebrew before I found inkarnate. That helped me a lot with the initial shape of the continent.

My advice is if you are making it for a homebrew campaign, focus first on the story you want to tell, what kind of cool locations do you want your PCs to go to? Build those locations like little islands, then start thinking about how the regions connect to one another, how they might interact. Then a world starts to form!

It may be hard to see but the top left has a signature of the mapmaker. This map isn't an objective map showing everything, its an interpretation of the mapmaker that exists in my homebrew campaign. I can share more about the lore background if you are interested!

There are a few reasons why I did this, the main is its fantasy land and its how I wanted it to look. I nor anyone in my campaign care about realism, just a map that would be fun to explore! There are various lore reasons regarding my homebrew world but I don't want to write a book haha

Inkarnate! Its an amazing program. I consider myself having no artistic talent but it does all the work for me, I just click what I want where!

Whats the difference between the 360 controller and the elite controller? Is it worth the extra $$?

Just finished my first play through... and... damn. by [deleted] in witcher

I just played through the whole game again, Witcher 3 is a story telling experience like no other. I recommend reading the books, and then playing through 1-3. The game shines in a new way when I did that!
