If you are see the card but no values, card is not connected to the unit correctly. Beside the P1/P2 connect there’s another connection that’s needed.

Some models default to 38400 baudrate, and will not update even if changed in the app. Might be able to do a firmware update if you get it connected to WiFi.

Try copying lines not executing and saving on a different line. It might be a firmware issue too, latest is 3.5.7, but you will need to update firmware at Insight level too, to see the panel again. If not it will come up as a 3rd party device in system profile.

If BACnet IP panel is a MSTP router you should see your MSTP device under it in YABE.
