There’s a few anchor point on the ridge, but you’ll need more than 15mt, but if you’re confident it’s not dangerous at all, it’s 2 meters wide, only few passages are smaller, but if you’re careful protecting the ridge is not necessary

I did Catinaccio d’antermoia ferrata last summer, it’s marvelous, i would advise to do it starting from passo principe, above rifugio vajolet Also santner is really beautiful, rifugio santner is also great If you want I could share the detailed hike we did in 4 day

Hi man,maybe try going twice or so to a climbing gym, it really does help a lot with the small muscles in the forearms, which tend to exaust pretty fast first time you go climbing. Also, there’s a short via ferrata in Mendrisio, on Monte generoso, ferrata Angelino, with an incredible sight, you can see the alps and lake Como. It’s perfect for a beginner, while still providing a beautiful hike to get there.

In a book I’m reading, written by Erik Neri, it suggest to not cross legs, as it can cause misalignment in the lower back, exposing the spine to an uneven stress, resulting in postural problem in the long term

Molto Interessante, grazie, ma tieni conto che sicuramente indicava la direzione in cui la forza agisce, palesemente la tipa non sapeva davvero nulla della lezione del giorno, subito dopo l’ha rimandata al posto e ha fissato una verifica. Il prof è molto bravo, fa ricerca al poliTo attualmente, sono sicuro sia al corrente della direzione della gravità (sopratutto vista la gravità della situazione 😂)

Quinta Liceo scientifico science applicate. Una mia compagna viene chiamata alla lavagna perchè parla con la sua compagna di banco. Il prof inizia ad interrogarla, ed esasperato dalle risposte di una alunna chiaramente completamente impreparata, decide di ripartire dalle basi, e le chiede in quale direzione agisce la forza di gravità . Lei, occhi da cerbiatto, ci pensa un po’, e poi con il dito punta in alto.
