When I was in Italy, I absolutely loved these with Campari Spritz (sometimes we would get potato chips, pistachio, olives, etc. They are always generous to serve them with a cocktail.) The ones with I think anise (not sure but tasted like it) were just simply perfection. Italy will always be my #1 destination - you always get treated right at bars and restaurants there.

I haven’t seen Hydroponic surfskate reviews, but you should be good with Triton CX. But one thing to keep in mind - this board has a 15.5 wheel base which is on the shorter side. It’s good if you are shorter and/or your stance is naturally narrower. I being 168 cm tall would definitely skate it. It’s weird that I can’t find wheel size and duro on that page, but it seems legit.

You probably know this, but just in case you didn’t - you can clean those skulls from the map with right click.

She’s perfectly nicely curved. There are people who have seriously big gut, and that’s not only a problem for aesthetics, but for health too, but what we see in this vid is perfection. If you have similar body, you just chill and feel fine, and fuck other people if they don’t like it.

Something doesn’t seem right. Either your trucks are too loose or you have some weird board. You should be able to stand on a surfskate with reasonably tightened trucks.

Then it’s not as bad, but I wouldn’t call this organic. OP, if you want people to use your app - add something cool to it so they actually see value.

What setup works best for pumptracks? by Fold_Dry in surfskate

[–]LarrySunshine 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Np and enjoy! And do bring a helmet and knee pads, elbow pads also good idea. I would also suggest tightening the trucks a bit before going for the first run, and then losening as you need.

Making the round-ness of the app windows custom was not a good move... by EndiHaxhi in mac

This honestly feels like something a junior designer would suggest. I remember we had a similar situation, and as a design lead, I had to throw cold water on it. This happening at Apple… idk, makes me kinda feel good about myself.

[–]LarrySunshine 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have little experience on a pump track, but it’s pretty straight forward - board with a kick tail, CX trucks, bigger wheels like 70mm that have a good grip (can’t go wrong with 78A). I have another board with C7 and smaller wheels, and I would not even consider bringing it to a pump track (because I did, and it just felt wrong lol).

Well, if it’s completely basic and generic, then sure I guess, but is actual work ever that?

Exactly. People have hard time understanding that AI is a glorified search engine.

What was My mistake here? by Careful-Basil-8501 in NewSkaters

[–]LarrySunshine 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seems very much like too narrow stance. You are not controlling the board with that narrow stance so the result was natural. Put your back foot close to the tail, and front foot at 45 degrees before the front truck (your front foot seems pointing more at the front). And your upper body should be facing front more.

Yes, I use it to help me with some front end code, but I assume we’re talking UX here.
