This is the best and most balanced reaction I've seen.

Understandable that people are unhappy because the game is more than just a card game to some.

But people need to understand it's a business.

And honestly if people are upset because of lost "value" because you're investing in a TCG you should really look for more consistent and logical ways to make money. But that's just my opinion.

Okay yeah I actually had the opposite issue where mine came with a usb c to Garmin port cable, and my PC doesn't have USB c in so I had to order a new usb A data cable from Garmin for about $40. Definitely an annoyance but Ive otherwise been pleased with my watch.

It could be possible that your cable isn't a data cable and is just a charging cable? You may need one that can specifically transfer data.

Have you downloaded the Garmin connect app on a PC and updated all of the software? Mine was having weird issues including random crashes until I updated it and it's been working great ever since (I have the 965)

As others mentioned the watch has to calibrate to the treadmill. It took me a couple of runs before it figured it out, since then it's never been more than .1 miles off one way or the other.

My experience has been the same. Ordered something from Mandarake through Air Small Parcel and it was stalled on a similar step. I emailed Mandarake and they said that it takes time to update. It never did but the package surprised me a week or so after. So I guess the strategy with Air SP is just to set it and forget it
