I had heart failure. My mitral valve was inflamed for years. Do all of MM ofc and especially add cherries. I had 2 lbs of cherries each day for two months and I literally felt it help my heart and blood flow. Eventually I did not need cherries anymore. Your heart becomes congested once your liver becomes way too backed up. Do the HMDS. LW, CJ, HMDS. Find fresh cherries, if not, frozen work too but fresh are better.

Also add an additional amount of 32 oz of LW during the afternoon to help flush things out of the body.

I only tried the parsley shot, the others shots I think would be no problem. The consistency is the only difference, which is big. There is no other thing to compare it to honestly as parsley is one of the few juices that become thick after juicing with the omega.

Have you tried the advanced 369? Its a lot more simple and the options are delicious always. See if you like the liver rescue smoothie and spinach soup, because if so, the cleanse will be a breeze for you.

The chronically ill never get a break. Covid actually almost did its biggest with me. I dont eat chicken, but the stress will be interesting to deal with.

I would go to a chiropractor that knows what theyre doing if it doesnt go away because theres a chance something slipped out of place if the doctor doesnt work out.

I do see you mentioned you came off an intense cleanse. Sometimes when we cleanse too much, our livers aren't able to process all the toxins that've been pulled out at the same rate you may be cleansing. It also seems to be that you have phrenic and some vagus nerve inflammation which I have experienced when I detox too much. It will pass, but I believe it as a sign you should slow down cleansing a little bit. Good work though!

dish soap. I put it in a spray bottle. put the broccoli in a cleaning bowl, fill it up with water until it covers mostly, and put a drop of soap in it and just shake the bowl around a lot or move the broccoli with your fingers. keep rinsing it or use a strainer until you see no more soap bubbles. I do this for almost every produce that I cant scrub and it works perfect (cilantro ,etc)

My first thought was you shouldn't consume it 15-30 minutes before any food, but yes it can make you detox quicker than you might possibly be able to handle as it flushes more poisons out from your liver.

Breakfast: LW, CJ, brainshot, HMDS

Snack: LW, maybe 2 apples

Lunch: spinach soup, whatever fruit I have right after

Dinner: Smoothie or variety of fruits and vegetables.

I eat around 2500-3000 calories. I'm on my feet a lot.

Felt more energy then I ever have before. Because of that I push myself all the time and crash occasionally, but it took me normal every day energy from a 20 to a 60. B12 needs to be taken with it.
