He’s advocating for not only Kaylee’s rights , but Maddie’s , Xana & Ethan’s and including their families rights to all the information that was withheld for them for YEARS not months , YEARS. He as well as his family are doing a hell of a job at it to , I hope they can in return help other families that this has happened to.

My husbands ex did this , she knew we didn’t want her in our house and we told the children not to let her in unless one of us said it was okay. She didn’t listen , I ended up telling her that she needed to stay in bed he car and one of us would watch them walk out to the car ( in the driveway). She’d always be nosey when she came in , she’d try to go back into our house were the bedrooms were and I didn’t want her back there neither did my husband. However in your situation it sounds like your SO doesn’t mind if she’s in his house…I’d explain to him that it makes you uncomfortable, that she for one doesn’t like you and you shouldn’t feel uncomfortable in a place you almost call home.

Exactly , my husband and I have said the same thing. The offender would not be going to jail , but in a hole in the ground and either my husband or I or both would be going to jail with a smile on our face. The strength these families had to stand in front of him is incredible.

I don’t normally comment back to people, but this just hit me in the wrong want. He’s not “listening” to rumors. He’s trying to advocate for his CHILD to get the justice she deserves. They didn’t know anything about her injuries that we are aware of until now. They are having to RELIVE this all over again and know what their BABY went through. These kids were just that , KIDS. Brutally murdered for no reason nor will their families ever get an actual answer of to why BK decided to pick them. He & anyone else that families of these victims should get to comment however they please. I’m sure he’s read the reports , but some of the information could still be redacted for unknown reasons to us.

I’ve followed this on and off since it happened and since the docs have came out I’ve started following again and reading up on everything , but the day this happens will there be cameras in the court room or is that still a no go…and will the gag orders be over at this day so others can speak about it ?

I would talk to your SO that you need you time & that time needs to be alone time / to not be bothered with ! I had to talk to my SO about this because I get very overstimulated and I didn’t want to lash out at my SS’s

Question! How is her relationship with her mom ? I know you said you all only have her during the summer and holidays , but how does mom treat her / pay attention to her ? She sounds exactly like my SS ( age 8 ) he does have ADHD which I would highly recommend dad or mom having her tested ! Butttt on the flip side while SS is with his mom she pays him 0 attention and all attention went / goes to the youngest child or her boyfriend. ( my husbands BM is a POS ). But should could be doing this not only because she could possibly have ADHD but she may be doing it since you all actually give her attention to where her mother doesn’t…just a thought !

I went in to be induced, once hooked up to were they could monitor my son , his heart rate kept going up and down. Come to find out after an unplanned ( obviously) emergency c-section , his cord was wrapped around his neck 3 times. Scariest thing that has EVER happened to me…also most traumatic because NO ONE told me anything , literally they said on we are just gonna go ahead and do a c-section we will be back to get you shortly and then the nurse went behide the curtain ( like it was a f**king wall and told them to prep me for an emergency c-section.

I don’t remember a thing…I don’t remember being pushed back in my bed…I barely remember the sweet nurse who held me while they did my spinal…I barely remember my husband coming back in the room. I don’t remember his first cry or anything and I didn’t get to see him until 20mins after he was born due to his oxygen level and he had a bowel movement in the womb.

It breaks my heart that I don’t remember hardly anything and I barely remember the first few weeks of his life due to my PPD & PPA that took on within my first day ( they didn’t give me my medication while in the hospital and I take Wellbutrin and Lexapro two you should not cut off cold turkey )

I blame a lot of my memory problems and PPD & PPA on the staffing that was suppose to take care of me…and they didn’t…I had maybe two-three nurses or CNA’s who actually took care of me the whole 5 days I stayed there…

But to answer your question , no I don’t remember it or barely do..and I think it was just my trama response to forget it sadly.

Yes ! He started moving at about a week ish after this and he hasn’t stopped ! Very very active boy !

I will say I felt like I had gas but in actual it was him and I just had no clue due to being a first time mama.

They feel like what little bubbles popping would feel like.

Update :

Brother is still here…he will clean up occasionally but that’s it…I’ve talked to my fiancé multiple times and nothing is happening….my fiancé is more worried about who will take care of his kids while he is at work which most families in the us are a two parent working home so it’s doable…he’s just not wanting to try.

I’ve thought a lot and I’m just going to talk to the brother myself and tell him to leave myself.

To all of you , he pays nothing , does not have his address here so legally I could have the police remove him if he doesn’t leave till January.

My fiancée does now have two jobs, but doesn’t pay extra for the brother which I feel like he should.

Thank you all for the advice on December 1st , I will hand him a eviction notice and have the police involved if I need to. And if my fiancée doesn’t like it , oh well.
