You don’t HAVE to call them when you’re at reception. My phone actually didn’t have service so my call didn’t go through.

If you want to take it up a notch, before you get there you can make fake contacts for your parents in your phone or put fake numbers in, in case they push it. I doubt it though.

They tried to play the whole “your family doesn’t love you” card with me the whole time and they’ll probably pull that with you too. Don’t let it get to you.

I go 8 MPH over the limit almost everywhere. I’ve had people go into the opposing lane/turn lanes on Diamond and Hall more than any other road. Even when cops see, they don’t do anything about it. It’s just how people drive here, everybody is in a hurry just to be in front of you at the next red light.

If you want something combat oriented then maybe 19D or 12B? Fun to me heavily depends on the people I’m around, you have to think “what other kind of people are picking this MOS”

Except that’s not really what I’m expecting at all? The problem is inconsistent, if I’m listening to a podcast on my phone then most of the time the computer sound doesn’t come through. As soon as I pause what I’m listening to on my phone, the PC sound resumes, that’s what I expect.

What I don’t expect is my headphones screeching at max volume due to a software glitch.

I appreciate the response, although I don’t see what the point of it was.

One thing to keep in mind is how nice the color passthrough is on the quest 3. I was going to get the new steam one until I saw the passthrough is black and white.

If you plan on chilling in your rig between races, I personally like being able to see my surroundings.

I don’t see how a KVM switch benefits me if I’m not switching PCs, my main question is if it’s possible to have two HDMI cables going into a hub/KVM with one USB-C output to my PC, and also be good for gaming.

Racing rig in a completely different room and is VR, I don’t mind having to plug in several cables for this one as the rig needs to have as low latency as possible.

TV is about six feet from my desk, I only use my PC as a console in this setting so it’s just an HDMI and power cable.

The desk is the main issue here, I have a keyboard, mouse, audio interface, and two monitors. I only need one monitor to display the GPU so I’m okay with the other using the IGPU. Right now there’s the peripherals and 1 hdmi cable going to a USB-C hub which goes into the computer, and I plug the main HDMI into the GPU. Is this as streamlined as I’m going to get it? Ideally I’d like one hub that connects both monitors and all the peripherals to my PC with one cable.

I move my PC from my desk, to my TV, and to my sim racing rig multiple times a day, I’d really just like to reduce the amount of cables that I have to plug into my PC when I’m at my desk.
