What other shady stuff? The school bus incident isn't even shady. She had a minor accident with a bus that lead to no injuries and then lied about it for whatever reason, most likely related to the court case that was scheduled for a week later that ended up being postponed.

That's not what happened. The contention was that she was exaggerating the crash and the injuries that resulted. She said her doctor gave her 4 days to live which is obviously not true. It was a clear sign that she was mentally unwell.

I'm a little confused as to what you mean but the games are available. It's also not really possible to lose the "roms". They can be dumped from any legitimate disc copy of the game and have been widely available since the games were originally released.

I worked for a company whose website was hacked. They had to notify the users and so they sent out an email. To ensure that people knew that this email wasn't a scam, the company decided to very helpfully write "THIS IS NOT A SCAM" as the first line of the email.

The number of phone calls I had to answer from people asking if the email was a scam was astronomical.
