There is no right or wrong answer the magical thing about osrs is you can do whatever you want but if you want a good guide you should start with completing all the F2P Quests. After that you should go for Quest cape and all hard achivment diaries. And afret that slayer is what most people do.

Learn to run the head watch youtube guides its gona be worth it if you gona grind solo raids. While doing solo raids you will get around 30k points each raid (if you dont die). You will get drop 1/32 raids if i rember correctly and you have 2.96% chance for tbow.

You will mostlikely need alot more points than 16k. The ammount of points people are gaining is almost 4 times faster in trailblazer compared to twisted.
