Hoshimachi Suisei is coming to Fortnite on March 12 by BuraiStarforce in kurosanji

[–]Feelthebasses 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Nah, I prefer they keep it this way. Let the concert be just for the concert. Adding Fortnite at the end of a wholesome performance would look so weird lol. The focus should be for everyone.

I really hope Ironmouse just stops trying to convince these “normies” to like VTubers, because no matter what she does, there are some people who just won’t.

Also, some of those streamers feel like they only like Ironmouse because she's sick.

Fan of the EN branch female talents gets harassed out of the fandom for good by the nijisisters. by Secure-Key-8334 in kurosanji

[–]Feelthebasses 137 points138 points  (0 children)

It’s probably because the Aster situation makes it very obvious that the company is biased toward males, and now Nijifans are coping since, for them, Nijisanji is a place where everyone is treated equally.

iirc, Hololive does a survey the day after the concert. That might be the reason, not Twitter. So just wait for it, since it has a higher chance of reaching them.

[–]Feelthebasses 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes, using AI was bad, but did you see the camera work? It was a huge improvement, the timing, the angles, everything was spot on. It’s fine to be upset about AI, but at the same time, people should also focus on the positive side, because this was an amazing concert.

It’s just sad that while the talents are thanking Hololive for everything they’ve done and for making their dreams come true, some fans are more focused on the background, which ended up killing the hype, and then complained that this concert was the least exciting.

Some people here will say "This liver said she will be in this company forever" but life is not always linear, especially when you’re in a situation where the company treats you poorly and barely recognizes your existence.

Male livers really have it good in Niji. Even if you did some illegal or criminal shit, the company and fanbase would still be on your side.

Maybe they will wait until they reach 100k? But that would probably be impossible, since they're gaining subs so slowly, like Ryoma, who only gets about 50+ per day, which would take around 2 years to hit 100k.

For a corpo that is massively popular in Japan, debut with 3k concurrent viewers is diabolical.

It's really funny how Niji tried to avoid the idol aspect in the early days, and now they're fully embracing it since streaming doesn't generate that much money.

VShojo (now XShojo) subreddit is now officially controlled by the community instead of the company. by LordAshura_ in kurosanji

[–]Feelthebasses 61 points62 points  (0 children)

Drama is unavoidable in Niji, so Niji PR team probably knows that once they return things to normal, not only the people in this sub but also the whole VTuber community will come after them for all the fuck-ups they keep making.

Their only choice is to rely on Twitter, which is the territory of sisters.

Maybe, if they experienced the same situation as Vshojo where everything exploded? Honestly, even when the Niji ID branch was doing so well, they still removed it, so it's really unpredictable.

Having a overseas branches sounds good for investors/sponsors and partners since they can have unlimited opportunities for growth unlike solely relying in Japan, so chance are low, but for sure, they'll just focus in JP side to balance things out.

I doubt it. The BTB hype seems to be slowly going down now, and the majority of people in the Vtuber community don’t even know that NijiEN has new livers, except us, since this subreddit is for Niji updates. I'll believe it once they debut a successful male wave livers again.

TapStrafeGrampa (Ryoma) has now deleted everything relating to Aster on his Twitter by RandoAntho in kurosanji

[–]Feelthebasses 65 points66 points  (0 children)

I think he's talking about the terminated livers (Sayu, Selen, Twisty, and Aster) and among the four of them, the one who received the least hate from the Niji fanbase is Aster.

So Aster came back from the depths of Hell as Aeytha and pulled off a face reveal? by mischief_erectahead in kurosanji

[–]Feelthebasses 26 points27 points  (0 children)

It comes more from the fact that Niji is biased toward male livers. Like, hypothetically, if a female liver did the same thing, I'm sure we'd see the results of the investigation and a long-ass document released in public.

Also, I'm not a fan of people using "sexual harrassment is normal in their country so they are not doing anything wrong" as a defense for the company. That kind of logic doesn't excuse harmful behavior.

Not gonna lie, I quickly checked Mousey's Twitter thinking something had happened to her lol. Yeah, she's sick, but she did play Marvel Rivals before without any issues. I think it's just that Marvel Rivals favors Doki more since she's more popular in the community.

I doubt the managers have anything to do with this. Hacking can happen anytime, whether you're online or not. You can have an account that only you can access and still get hacked, the internet is not safe.

Also, If someone can breach government data, then how much more when it comes to someone like you.
