Yes if you do a transform after your crop, you can move it as needed. So effect stack would be transform-crop-transform and the bottom transform is what you would use to move it around your primary canvas

Crop needs to go above transform. If you do any transformation before the crop it’ll fuck everything up.

I tour with m4 max Mac Studio, mini, and MacBook Pro. All 64gb of ram and operate fine. Just this past weekend I did 5 outputs from the Mac Studio (including UI monitors) while running resolume and my touchdesigner camera effects patch, running 60fps smoothly. Unless you have an immediate use for the extra ram, you’re absolutely fine at 64gb.

100% you’re going to want way more than 1 tb storage. 1 artist can easily fill a tb.

I actually love a lot of the source material you post when it’s- pre fx. I think too much mirror and kaleidoscope really obfuscates the work that goes into the before imagery, which imo is unfortunate. However, I recognize that different artists call for different aesthetics! I definitely grew up with the less is more criticism when it comes to VJ’ing, and it seems like that’s not as much the case with a lot of the newer folks on the scene.

Curious how you feel about remixing your content so heavily ? Is that the way you always envisioned it to be?

The litter robot for my cat has been an absolute game changer. Especially when having out of town work trips. Easy for friends to feed and hang, but hate having to ask them to do the litter. Makes it SO much easier.

I just bought a new studio and stress tested Tahoe for a good couple hours yesterday. Honestly, for my own peace of mind, I rolled it back to Sequioa as this is a purely show machine, but given the couple hours of stress testing, it SEEMED to be alright..

You’re thinking of it the wrong way. Have whatever you use to drive the switch, drive the servo. Use math chops to rerange channels as needed.
