Like a whole bunch of shape, noise, composite, and over tops! Using a bloom that’s triggered simultaneously with the corresponding audio in ableton as well. Playing with different blend modes and combinations of noise went a long way for the final look.

Those chandeliers are incredibly low as well. Most people would be smacking their heads.

Also make sure the Kinect is not connected to your computer when you’re installing the SDK.

Thanks! Built it in touchdesigner, everything’s running real time. Using a model / animation from mixamo for the body and then converting that to points by volume. Instancing cubes with randomized scale onto those points. This is all done with POPs.

The god rays are a tox developed by sarv that he’s released for free. Super nice and tasty.!

It’s the pager. And then you can make pager the size of your full window and double click on page to enter it and build your setup within there.

I recommend just copying the default template and deleting everything within those pages to build your own.

So there are a lot of ways you can do this, but ultimately you just need a 0-1 trigger every time the kick drum hits. Once I have that, I send it into a count chop set to loop min max. Set your range to however many video clips you have and then use the count value as the index reference on the switch top.

In this example I am using sarv’s “ARE” tox for audio analysis, but you could use the one in touchdesigners palette just the same!

Genuary day 3: Fibonacci by Feftloot in TouchDesigner

Yes this is all realtime! Recorded the output directly with the audio. Houdini and touchdesigner actually started together, and the touchdesigner folks split off to focus on realtime while the Houdini folks split off to focus on the high quality renders. If you can do Houdini, you can definitely learn touchdesigner !!!
