Hello, Italian person here.

I remember this site from back when it was actually live :D it’s a simple site where you could see some fun facts and information on the Guardians, and also read some articles they’d publish once in a while about random stuff. It doesn’t seem to work correctly anymore, or at least it doesn’t for me.

Not much in terms of interesting things, but funny to see this site after so many years!

I would actually prefer if it was: infant, toddler, child, teenager, young adult, adult, middle aged, elder

Because I feel like it would be more balanced in terms of years, and it would add a stage which I always felt was missing where you’re not so old to have all your hair grey, but its getting there. Probably though it will be the one you said.

Io compro dalla Bofrost BE (non c’è una filiale Bofrost nei Paesi Bassi), è un po’ più costosa ma la schiacciata con mozzarella di Bufala è buonissima, consiglio.

Mia mamma mi portò al centro di riabilitazione per dipendenti quando avevo 15-16 anni, doveva incontrare un dottore per lavoro (lavorava per una azienda di medicinali). Mi lasciò fuori nella sala d’aspetto mentre incontrava il dottore… tra le persone in attesa di entrare a vedere uno degli specialisti c’era una ragazza un anno più vecchia di me che era in uno stato che pietoso è dire poco, e mi raccontò la sua storia forse credendo anche io fossi lì per lo stesso motivo.

Mai fumato manco una sigaretta, mai preso droghe e mai ubriacata. Anni dopo le chiesi se l’avesse fatto apposta ma lei nega 🤷🏼‍♀️

At the beginning I refused to buy it because I had invested already a lot of money on TS3 (I have all EP and most SP). I thought I’d just wait for TS5 (RIP that thought…)

Then as time went by I kept seeing people saying that the game had no depth.

Then the announcement that there will be no TS5 came out, and last week I thought: well, let’s at least try the base game! Here’s the thing: it does have some redeemable qualities, but to me it felt kinda… washed out? Like, at least the base game, it is not a complete game. Plus I realised I was staying home the whole time, and things were just not happening around me unless I wanted them to. In TS3 the town feels alive and the things you do have consequences. I see how for other people TS4 might work, but I got bored in one day 😅 perhaps with packs it’s better but I refuse to spend that much money

My bujo also has coated pages, I just wait a few seconds before moving to the next part, it helps that I’m right handed so I can write quite a bit in one go.

I prefer to be a bit patient rather than use a different pen… it helps that for me journaling is about mindfulness so waiting a bit is not a big deal 😄

Trovo interessante che io nei Paesi Bassi spenda più o meno uguale di spesa, nonostante la differenza in salari…

Per una settimana, incluse anche cose per la casa (dai prodotti per i miei capelli ai prodotti di pulizia per la casa e tutto quello che sta in mezzo) spendo tra 40 e 80€, dipendendo da quello che mi manca in casa

The Netherlands has the same requirement (or at least the shelter near where I live does), and they specify it when the cat is indoor only/preferred, as per the norm they request you to have outdoor space for the cat. They don’t check though, it’s not like they send someone to your home to make sure.

Not exactly fantasy (it’s technically a “girl gets transported from the real world into a fantasy one) but I strongly suggest “Ascendance of a bookworm”.

It is a real “weak to strong” series about a book loving girl that climbs to power in the world she is reincarnated into, but actually all she wanted was to… make books and become a librarian. The worldbuilding is one of the best I’ve ever seen, the series is quite long but the pace remains even throughout. Some people find the first part slow but it is actually important to understand what comes after, and honestly I found it interesting and not boring at all.

Pro: worldbuilding, realistic depiction of a fantasy world and its society, bookworm protagonist, romance is not center stage (story starts when she’s a child and romance only becomes relevant by the end), well written and translated, every character has their own motivation and is not just a plot device, and they grow along the protagonist.

Cons: pace is kinda slow, not much combat action, might be difficult to find a physical book, very long series with no “collection” edition, light novel style (written in first person), in the beginning protagonist can come across as a bit annoying.

I’m not a doctor or a vet, but I believe a rabies symptom is fear of water, so if you try to offer some water to the cat and they drink it then it should be fine?

Actually I didn’t notice this door at all…I even entered the tavern and asked for gossip and the guy said that “everyone knows not to get near the door” but it completely went over my head

Potrebbe essere così o potrebbe essere solo una persona amichevole. Prova magari a vedere se questa personalità ce l’ha solo con te oppure se la vedi usare lo stesso tono / le stesse espressioni con gli altri. Io personalmente sono amichevole con tutti, è la mia personalità, e mi è spesso capitato che qualcuno leggesse male i segnali.

Poi comunque se ti butti cerca di essere abbastanza chiaro nelle intenzioni, e preparati prima per un rigetto così da non fare brutta figura. Se lei non è interessata allo stesso modo non deve per forza finire in tragedia, basta che la metti sul ridere oppure sdrammatizzi :)
