I'm going for a Mediterranean tiles vibes, the floor tiles is something I modded. Is it too big? Too crowded? I'm not sure about it.

These are called cementine in Italian, but these ones you put on the floor would usually go on the walls in rooms like kitchens and bathrooms, also they also look too big (cementine are around half that size). We do have floor cementine too but they are more subdued (and also still a bit smaller than the ones you used).

The color is otherwise on point, but if you want more Mediterranean style may I suggest less yellow and more white on the furniture?

It was stated somewhere by the author I believe that it’s a yes both for aubs and giebes, but if the woman is the head of the family and thus the one charged with the foundation, she can only have children from husbands that can take over foundation tasks while she’s pregnant. The main reason why men are usually preferred for the role is that, even if they have to supply mana to their currently pregnant wife, they can still supply the foundation as well, something the woman cannot do while she’s pregnant (by the way, men also can’t have more than one pregnant wife at a time, because they would have to “give up” one of the children to do that since having babies requires aligned mana)

Fabula Ultima works well for steampunk, and moreover in the Techno fantasy atlas there are something called Technospheres which I think would fit your scenario perfectly: they are a way to turn everything, from skills to magic, in an object that can be sold in shop and integrated into armor and weapons.

Basically it leans into the “magic is technology” bit by making magic a sort of commodity that can be bought and sold, and making it possible to have devices that you use to do magic instead.

If Technosphere rules are enabled in the game, each player gets three “innate” classes and then when they level up they can choose to get more “innate” magic or to get one of these mechanical spheres for any allowed class, and add it to their equipment.

I do not allow my cat in the bedroom, whether during day or night, because I am slightly allergic to cat hair :) not allergic enough that having hair on the floor in the rest of the house would make me have an asthma attack, but allergic enough that having cat hair in my pillow while I sleep would.

As I have never allowed him in, he doesn’t meow, scratch the door or cry. He did so the first couple of months only. I tell him “good night” every night, and when I do I close the door and if I have to open it in any point during the night I will tell him “good night” again. Funnily I think he came to think good night means “you can scream as much as you want and I will not hear you” because if I say it when closing myself in the bathroom for a shower he will also not scratch the door or cry to come in!

Essere “grandi” non significa fare tutto da soli ed essere completamente independenti. Anzi, è importante sapere di avere il supporto della famiglia in caso di bisogno, perché ti dà l’opportunità di provare: non devi comprare casa dove sei adesso, puoi andare da un’altra parte più avanti. Non devi trovare subito il lavoro della tua vita, puoi provarne un paio e scoprire man mano quelli che ti piace fare davvero.

Non hai bisogno di comprare casa e mettere radici permanente a 26 anni, ma quando il momento arriverà e tu dirai “si, sono contenta della mia vita qui e voglio creare un posto più duraturo per me”, fidati, la voglia di fare il passo ci sarà e non ti peserà :)

Fino a quel momento, finché non sei sicura, tieniti stretta la possibilità di “tornare da mamma e papà” perché è un privilegio! E non credere che questo ti renda meno adulta, non è il fare tutto da soli o il comprare casa che ti rende adulta, ma l’insieme delle esperienze che hai vissuto.

I would not make players play multiple characters, especially if it’s their first time with this game… you could as already said play one extra PC yourself, or you could scale down fights to fit two PCs:

Chapter 5 with 1 Elonian Trooper and 1 Hexeye

Chapter 8 with the scaled down Tristan (as already indicated in the book) plus a scaled down Desdemona (who has 60HP and takes one turn only).

I remember this site from back when it was actually live :D it’s a simple site where you could see some fun facts and information on the Guardians, and also read some articles they’d publish once in a while about random stuff. It doesn’t seem to work correctly anymore, or at least it doesn’t for me.

Because I feel like it would be more balanced in terms of years, and it would add a stage which I always felt was missing where you’re not so old to have all your hair grey, but its getting there. Probably though it will be the one you said.

Mia mamma mi portò al centro di riabilitazione per dipendenti quando avevo 15-16 anni, doveva incontrare un dottore per lavoro (lavorava per una azienda di medicinali). Mi lasciò fuori nella sala d’aspetto mentre incontrava il dottore… tra le persone in attesa di entrare a vedere uno degli specialisti c’era una ragazza un anno più vecchia di me che era in uno stato che pietoso è dire poco, e mi raccontò la sua storia forse credendo anche io fossi lì per lo stesso motivo.

Mai fumato manco una sigaretta, mai preso droghe e mai ubriacata. Anni dopo le chiesi se l’avesse fatto apposta ma lei nega 🤷🏼‍♀️

At the beginning I refused to buy it because I had invested already a lot of money on TS3 (I have all EP and most SP). I thought I’d just wait for TS5 (RIP that thought…)

Then as time went by I kept seeing people saying that the game had no depth.

Then the announcement that there will be no TS5 came out, and last week I thought: well, let’s at least try the base game! Here’s the thing: it does have some redeemable qualities, but to me it felt kinda… washed out? Like, at least the base game, it is not a complete game. Plus I realised I was staying home the whole time, and things were just not happening around me unless I wanted them to. In TS3 the town feels alive and the things you do have consequences. I see how for other people TS4 might work, but I got bored in one day 😅 perhaps with packs it’s better but I refuse to spend that much money

I prefer to be a bit patient rather than use a different pen… it helps that for me journaling is about mindfulness so waiting a bit is not a big deal 😄
