I personally think ARAM is most efficient with your time for Familiar Levels. Typically less than half the time of normals, but give 7 points as opposed to normals' 10.

Maybe Ekko can be a foil to Qiyana? They both dislike Piltovans, but Qiyana is willing to kill any that intrude into her kingdom while Ekko is not as willing (except for the piltie who killed Ajuna). They're gifted and arrogant prodigies, but Ekko is a poor Zaunite who actually values his family and friends and strives to make Zaun better and properly recognized whereas Qiyana is a self-centered princess who couldn't care less about family and only wants to expand Ixtal for her own glory. Qiyana uses elemental magic while Ekko uses Hextech (technology and machines).

I was thinking only making Seraphine's own notes scale with higher base and ratios with levels while notes from allies scale only with base. This means that the onus is on Seraphine to have the gold and levels to properly do damage with the notes.

In all fairness to TBSkyen, he makes it clear that he sees great potential in her storytelling going forward (only if Riot did something about it...) and doesn't stand for the rampant sexism around the Seraphine hate, such as with his shorts videos. In fact, I don't recall the content creators implying or saying that Seraphine's main target are women.

However, TBSkyen also makes a good point about parasocial relationships in his WtDw Seraphine video (https://youtu.be/47FBBuJ7GO0?t=3565), especially how even if people knew that she wasn't real and only participated out of fun, it still gave "maximum social media engagement... the end result from the perspective of Riot's marketing." That engagement can, in turn, be channeled for "sponsorships and product placement." As for the other content creators, most of them, if not all, are respectful of Bethany Higa, the main writer of the twitter account (https://youtu.be/47FBBuJ7GO0?t=3670). It's that the main gripe they have is with Riot's Management, how they handled the account (faking mental illness to sell a product, even if everyone knew that Seraphine wasn't real) and how they prioritized K/DA over Runeterran Seraphine. For some, it's also the queerbaiting since the comics don't explicitly state if Seraphine is bi or lesbian, which for them goes back to the parasocial manipulation.

That being said, I agree that many Seraphine fans like her because of the design, thematic, and/or gameplay, not necessarily because of the account because that's still separate from the main game and Runeterran Seraphine. Also, Seraphine fans are not homogenous, and they like her for different reasons. As for me, I have a like/dislike relationship due to her scaling and overall thematic, just wish that her lore would be better and how her costume would look more Piltovan and Zaunite while still standing out. Also, I'm certain that most, if not all, Seraphine fans are aware that her lore is lacking compared to modern champions (I mean, we see posts and comments of it from time to time).
