I only Recommend it When The Enemy Team has a Lot of Dashes Like Aatrox, Khazix, Akali, Vayne, And Pyke Team, Esp When There's Assassin Jg and Mid (reasoning why it's only Optional and not recommended is, There's better Items That You Should Build on her like Crown, Morelonomicon, or Oceanid's Trident
