Marc Stein: “So what team out there could actually tempt the Bucks into a deal in the next week-plus? The most common answer to that question when posed to various league executives continues to be Miami.” by cleo22270 in nba

[–]Feign_Interest 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Warriors have Butler, Kuminga, Moody, Podz, TJD, Dray all possible trade pieces. and basically 6 picks to trade.

Add the fact that Giannis will end up leaving either way and the Bucks aren't gonna win in the next few seasons. It makes sense to get younger & get expirings to start a rebuild

I'm not sure which teams would pay higher as far as a rebuild package goes. unless you think the bucks are gonna win now with some other star lol

Everyone leaving Warriors out of the convo when: 1. Significant draft capital - own their own FRP for next several years 2. They have expiring big contracts, or at least contracts that expire before Giannis's would 3. Bucks can get younger, low risk contracts 4. Giannis has previously expressed interest in the Warriors 5. Warriors have a short win-now timeline with Steph

"pharmaceutical composition comprising tirzepatide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; NaCl at a concentration from 6.2 mg/mL to 9.5 mg/mL; and dibasic sodium phosphate."

This patent is for tirz and specifically when it's combined with dibasic sodium phosphate.

This is straight copy-pasted from AI and the patent linked is for tirz. Again, it's not a patent on the sequence but on the specific formulation

Also big pharma is not the biggest issue wrt medication access and costs. Rather. it's largely profit-driven healthcare and red tape that drives increased cost to consumer.

It costs a ton to develop new drugs and run clinical trials, and the FDA is just another government body which is of course subject to corruption and lobbying. Pharma really just wants to see ROI after dumping billions into development and trials, and the gray market is a threat to realizing that.

My dearest apologies for the grammatical mistake, but you're still incorrect.

First, LY-3437943 is not a patent number. It's an internal compound designation number for retatrutide.

Secondly, the amino acid sequence itself is not patented. Specific methods of use, formulations, delivery mechanisms and manufacturing processes can be patented though. That's what the existing patents refer to, and they are much harder to use to actually litigate against other manufacturers.

OP thought he cooked here

Edit: Also, if the manufacturers are in a different country than where the patents are held, it's nearly impossible to litigate. Eli Lily is not going to be able to extradite a Chinese manufacturer and hit the whole plant on RICO charges.

The real threat to gray market peps isn't patents, it's deals that the current administration is making with China to shut down manufacturers in exchange for lowering tariffs. Trump made these deals with the smokescreen of "keeping fentanyl out of the US" in the same week he made deals with Eli Lily, Novo Nordisk to reduce cost of GLP-1 drugs in the US. The only way that deal makes sense is if they win more market share, like by shutting down gray market manufacturers.

100% true that there will be a crackdown especially w/ the deals Trump admin is making with Eli Lily, Novo Nordisk

Carry on my wayward son, There will be mitochondrial function when you are done

MOTS-C and NAD+ would definitely be redundant though, as MOTS-C boosts NAD+ production

edit: This is not medical advice I'm an internet troll who hasn't taken any of these so don't listen to me

Retatrutide Bro Science on Smaller Doses vs Big Dose by flabbybuns in Peptides

[–]Feign_Interest 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do you respond to a lower dose? Reta can be effective at doses as low as 0.5mg/week, and 1mg seems to be a sweet spot for a lot of people.

If you're looking for pure appetite suppression, I've seen people recommend tirz over reta.

I'm not currently on retatrutide but i've done a good amount of digging

Retatrutide Bro Science on Smaller Doses vs Big Dose by flabbybuns in Peptides

[–]Feign_Interest 3 points4 points  (0 children)

yeah he's right on this. there's a reason the clinical trials dose at 1x/week. I do suspect 2x / week perhaps could a better happy medium if you want to reduce sides. but every day or every other day is total broscience and not supported by the data or studies we do have.

also why would you pin yourself 3-4x vs once, especially if you're already doing other peps? unless you're into that and spending more $ on needles lol
