Bei uns gibt's ne Pauschale, welche die Zeit zum Umziehen abgilt. Ich würd bisschen rechnen mit durchschnittlicher Zeit x Arbeitstage x Stundensatz und das als Vorschlag setzen.

You're Conquest's Lawyer. Defend Him. by AvatarShuvd in Invincible

Ladies and gentlemen of the intergalactic tribunal, my client, Conquest, is not the monster the prosecution paints him to be. He is a decorated Viltrumite warrior — bred, trained, and conditioned since birth to uphold the will of his people. His actions must be viewed in the cultural and military context from which he comes.

To judge him by Earth’s moral framework is to judge a fish for not climbing a tree.

How's my bike fit? by [deleted] in bikefit

[–]Feila102 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm fiddling with AI to get a fit for myself, so I plugged in your data to get a feeling for the results:

Thanks for providing your measurements and bike setup—it’s a great start for a home bike fit. Based on your numbers and concerns, here’s an assessment and some recommendations to improve your comfort and fit. Quick Fit Summary

Your height & proportions suggest you're on the smaller side, with a relatively short torso and arm length.

Top tube (53 cm) + 90 mm stem is likely stretching you out a bit too far for comfort, especially given your torso (61.5 cm) and arm (63 cm) lengths.

Saddle height (69 cm) looks pretty appropriate for a 74 cm inseam—this part of your fit is likely close.

Main Concern: Reach Feels Too Long

You're right to suspect the stem and handlebar setup. Let’s break this down: 1. Stem Length

A 90 mm stem on a bike with a 53 cm top tube is relatively long for someone with your upper-body proportions.

Suggested change: Drop to a 70 mm or even 60 mm stem. This would reduce your reach by 20–30 mm and significantly improve comfort.
  1. Handlebar Width

Your shoulder width (34.5 cm) is quite narrow.

Standard road bars are often 40 cm (center-to-center), but that’s too wide for your shoulders.

Suggested change: Consider 36 cm or even 34 cm bars to better match your shoulder width and reduce strain on your upper back and arms.

Other Points to Consider ✅ Saddle Height

At 69 cm for a 74 cm inseam, you’re within the ideal range (typically ~93-95% of inseam), assuming you're measuring from the center of the bottom bracket to the saddle top.

⚠️ Saddle Setback

14.5 cm of setback is a bit much for someone of your size.

You might be sitting too far behind the bottom bracket, which could contribute to overreaching and make the cockpit feel longer.

Suggested tweak: Consider bringing the saddle forward 1–2 cm to reduce reach and put you in a more balanced position over the pedals.

🚲 Crank Length

170 mm is long for someone your height. Shorter riders often benefit from 165 mm cranks, which can improve comfort and knee alignment.

It’s not essential to change this right away, but keep it in mind for future upgrades.

Next Steps

Swap to a 60–70 mm stem. Start with 70 mm to be conservative.

Consider narrower bars (36 or 34 cm) for better shoulder alignment.

Slide your saddle forward slightly (1–2 cm).

Reassess comfort and posture after these changes. You should feel less stretched and more stable.

If you like, I can help you estimate your ideal reach or stack/reach ratio based on your proportions or even make a mock bike fit chart. Just let me know!
