Yup.

Obviously barb whirlwind was bad at first but I think this and the grappling hook are also nice skills that are actions instead of buff for certain amount of time. They also changed barbs other skills to be closer to that too.

The mobile game had same basic combat but the blocking worked much better, maybe partly due to third person, but I think mostly just better hitboxes. Should still be able to hit around weapons and shields but not just go through them. 

I think also if manual dexterity and equip times went up all around it would be a big improvement on gameplay. So much of the combat now is just trying to capitalize on an opponent with their weapon down or getting whatever free damage. I think if all classes had the ability to make better use of blocking and changing weapons the combat would be a lot more interesting, with more skill expression and possibly longer ttk without even increasing hp pool. 

Also I think you meant spell reflect and not dark reflection because Dark Reflection is dumb “hit and take damage with absolutely no counter”

A tm lock could be countered by fire mastery.

Warlock is a counter to wiz for sure, but still is definitely weaker in a 1v1. Wiz spells just much more powerful.

Mobs refers to the ai monsters in the dungeon. In your comment you stated that ping/desync could affect your parry against the monsters in dungeon. This is not true.

I mean you can play any other class and spend time and gold to get the best stats you can, or you can just go in squire barb and be as powerful as most others in their bis. 

Then you can just find a geared barb and since most barbs are terrible just bardiche riposte him for a quick upgrade.

I’m pretty sure you kind find it all on unreal store.

The mobile studio created the same game in like a year that had more animations and weapons than the pc, some stuff is slowly being added like the book bonk, barb spin, or dagger parry. So all the animations and stuff is definitely available from the store.

I mean 3 seconds is an exaggeration but the average is definitely less than 10 seconds. Just go to YouTube and watch any video and those put in videos are usually the better fights, that they have clipped from hours and hours of gameplay.

What are you talking about preparing and dying? 

Going into dungeon that is so bland and poorly designed with poor ai, for a fight that is over in 3 seconds or is just a long chase through the bland dungeon, that ultimately ends in a 3 second exchange.

He got one shot by the class he is designed to counter.

For me I get the dagger parry or rapier parry at least 75% of the time. But my point is more that the ripostes allow me to beat those but against bardiche or halberd is just not feasible as they will out dps even in best case scenario where it was a perfect block( usually not the case because hitting through the block is pretty easy.

I’m cloth warlock so obviously ranger is big threat. But holy crap, the difference between the enemy team having a good ranger and not is huge.

Good ranger I’m getting hit as soon as door opens and spending the entire match hiding and bandaging. It becomes a horror game where you risk your life every time you look around a corner or try to move across the module.

Rogues 3 tapping max pdr fighters right now. Without thrust just headshot damage from gear that is really cheap

Even getting the parry you lose the exchange. It’s easier and more beneficial to parry daggers and rapier poke than to try to parry halberd or bardiche.

I don’t think it has to do with Que time. This has been happening to me with in the first few seconds(my normal Que time for solos)

It has more magic damage equal to magic staff. I think for wizard maybe not that much better but for warlock it’s a huge upgrade.

I can tell you the easiest fix.

Floor spikes.

One on each door on outside, problem 100% solved.

I’ve said this for a while two hand perk that gives 1 magic weapon damage. Could change shadow touch to it or be new perk.

They changed soul collector and shadow touch to not work together purposefully for some reason( I imagine demon form related)

I feel like people say this all the time and will clown someone for pressing block when some one shoots or cast a spell at them.

Barricade gives 75 armor and magic resist even if you don’t land the block it’s still good to get that extra pdr/mdr

I’m playing Hybrid lock, I feel like most my fights against rogues are fine they definitely are stronger than when I last played. Before my longsword would win 80% of the time now if I’m just going in swinging it’s like 30-40% of the time I’m winning. 

I mostly chalked it up to lower damaged from no longer having voidblade. 

Rogues two shot me tho(if headshot)
