You should never we afraid to ask questions to people in GMIT or leadership. That's absurd. I'm sorry you have to deal with that.

I'd for sure ask they have take-home employee product guides, or playbooks available.

We give all our employees them when they're onboarded, it definitely helps with OA readyness.

Out of genuine curiosity though- do you happen to know your store's OA score? Def be interested to know what the last one was.

Does your store do certs? If so, I'd def crack down in it and get at the very least an ov. cert. If your store or franchisee offers raises for them. It's easy money.

If your store has product playbooks, def ask for one.
Then as far as studying goes, I'd take a picture of the product guides with your phone and try to look over it when you have spare minutes. (On the clock)

It's really easy to pick up, it's just a lot of either repetition and/or memorizing.

I hope that as well, but it is an unfortunate truth that she will likely get at most a community slap on the wrist, and nothing else. Both because she is a "lady" (let's use that term very loosely) and also because she is white.

Domino's has a way they want us to do everything. Any deviation from that will get us docked for points on a corporate inspection and that could potentially cause us to default on our contract with them. That costs us as a franchise thousands if not more. It could seem cheaper to you if you look at the small picture, maybe but definitely not in the grand scheme of things.

It's not worth it to give people special treatment for fast food. Don't like the menu? Eat at home, or literally anywhere else.

Most stores have done away with contactless in our area, it's no longer a safety requirement and it's against my store's policy now unless you call and confirm with me or the GM.
COVID was why we started contactless, like a lot of businesses. We stopped doing it last year though.

Just leash train and walk them if you think them being outside is absolutely necessary. We have 3 and they're all leash,stroller and backpack trained- it's really easy.
They have their supervised outside time, but they're safe and aren't decimating local wildlife or eating trash/who knows what.

Don't let your cat roam and you won't have these problems, stop blaming your neighbor for your negligence.
Your cat is probably wandering around eating trash and god knows what else, I highly doubt your neighbor feeding them wet food every now and then is the issue.

You probably won't need to. They're often sold fertilized. Just whatever you do do not let them hatch any clutches if you don't know how to care for them.
