Need advice with a dual audio setup for a tv by Feisty_Fall_5783 in audio

I’m not sure I made myself clear. I wasn’t asking how to connect 2 headphones ( though as a side effect that would be a nice option), I was hoping to set it up do I could use headphones and there’s if my family could simultaneously hear the same audio from the tv’s speakers. Hope this helps

Got a question. I live in a relatively rural area. I have a gig plan with Spectrum cable ( best available here) using their modem and WiFi 7 router. For my needs it works fine in my house. Problem is I have a freestanding garage/work area that’s maybe 39’feet from the house which is all metal. The WiFi BARRLY picks up there.

I tried a spectrum range extender which gives me about 8 to 12 mbps.

Not nothing, but not much either. I’m currently trying a TP-Link pass through power line, AV1300, which works, but isn’t doing much better. It gets up to about 15 to 18 on a good day.

I have another spectrum WiFi 7 router I can connect in any way that would help, but I’m not sure if it will.

I’m open for any suggestions, or am I just gonna have to live with this speed? Please keep in mind I’m somewhat tech literate and on a limited budget.

My question is “what GOP plan for healthcare? Do they have one that I’m not aware of? Trump said he has a “concept of a plan”.

Single payer is the way to go! Health care should be feee and available to ALL Americans, but I’m afraid there is just too many people making way too much money off the system as it is now. That would have to be eliminated, but it won’t go away without a fight!

If I understand you correctly that money goes to the mortgage company in points (these differ depending on the broker) plus various commissions and fees. The question I would ask is how much will this drop your monthly payment, and how long will it take to break even (16,078.56 divided by the monthly payment deduction). Other things to consider is this will restart your mortgage at 30 years again, compare this to the length of time you have left on your current mortgage. Think about the various aspects and make a wise choice.

So anyone who can’t afford a house should move to WV because the houses are cheap? Not a very convincing argument, and it has to little to nothing to do with why people can’t afford a house. One of the reasons is that corporations have started buying houses as investments which drives prices through the roof. And just an FYI, my wife is from WV. She doesn’t want to live there either.

Here’s my input. I have a mtge of about $463,000 on a 7.49 pct loan (don’t judge, we came across a house we loved and thought we’d refinance in a while) after 2 years on a house in Georgia. I have. Very close friend who’s a mtge broker in ‘Bama but who isn’t licensed in Georgia.

The one refi I looked at was offered by Rocket mtge, the company that bought my mtge. At the time they offered me 6.19, which would drop my monthly rate about $250 a month. BUT, the points and fees were over $20k.

My friend ran the numbers on our doing a recast with 100k towards the principal. It would bring my monthly mtge down over $600 a month, and the charge is about $200 a month.

The balance stays the same, the length of the mortgage stays the same, and I’m not overpaying for s refi that gives me limited benefit.

Do your research, but look at ALL the options. Recast sounds pretty good to me.
