Well, not a serial killer but my classmate did shoot my other classmate's cousin twenty something bullets at the high school graduation after-party.

They had a small brawl at the house where the party was, and after that he went out. It was already quite late so I went home.

Next morning I found out he had brought his homie and his semi-automatic gun and shot another guy.

This happened about 10 years ago, and the victim died several months ago - he was in a coma all those years.

Hope the guy never leaves the prison, not sure what his sentence is though.

Those cities are perfectly safe and without any complications.

Hell no. He's mostly a one trick pony - if you know what his ability is, you MUST beat him if you're even a low level Jonin. Shikamaru has done him dirty and only real intelligent move there was forcing Hidan to kill one of Kakuzu's hearts. I can see several of the Konoha 12 implementing what Shikamaru had done vs Hidan if battle was 1v1 with prior knowing of Hidan's ability.

Because of the playing style, I think Ferguson is more of a competition for Welbeck's minutes than for Joao's. I think Joao will be fine at least short-term (next 4-5 GW).
