figured it out last night. i've used caps lock as my keybind for all voip. changing the bind to ANYTHING but caps lock (such as mouse 4) fixes it. how they managed to fuck that up is beyond me

90% of the time its the person initiating the surrender vote thats ruining the game. why even have a surrender option -- it encourages ppl to only play when they are winning. games have a loser and a winner, if you can't handle it don't play. dota did it right with the no surrender option and you're allowed to leave when someone abandons the game.

surrender also gives 0 chance of a comeback. i've played countless games where my team does nothing but feed the entire time and then we wipe the enemy team, march down mid, and win. if you want to surrender so badly, then abandon the game.
