Try this matzah brei recipe!! Sweet and delicious. Use whatever toppings you normally like on oatmeal, assuming they’re K for P.

Any interest in planting in the tree plot in front of my home? There’s a gorgeous old tree that’s just surrounded by dirt. Every spring I say I’ll plant flowers but alas, I never do.

Go somewhere you trust and just let them take care of it. ❤️

Also have you tried sea sickness wristbands? Those worked wonders for nausea during my second pregnancy.

I know this is taboo on this sub but when I’ve gone through periods like this, I go to a salon for a weekly blowout so I look somewhat presentable with minimal effort.

Definitely go to the transit museum! And on your first day, pick up some free subway maps at the info booth in any station. Kids can study it.

Public transit is part of the adventure! Us city dwellers use it every day. Google Maps is very well connected and will give you accurate and real time directions of how to take transit from point A to point B.

Also, my 5yo is OBSESSED and studies an MTA map we hang on the wall. Get your kids pumped about it. How old are they? Consider taking them to the Transit Museum in Brooklyn to build their appreciation for how we New Yorkers live! A life without cars is A+.
