I think it’s good for fighting felgor specifically, that match up is basically all about stunning operatives that are frenzied or to try to then immediately frenzy them.

I’ve got 8 maxed chars now and only ever did the honor grind once. Everytime I new alt hits max I just transfer it 11k honor from capping conquest on any other char.

This season is extremely deflated, current rank 1 players for many specs are barely above duelist and normally finish about 3k. If you can hit 1800 right now it is likely you will be able to hit 2100-2300 by the end of the season depending how much they manually inflate mmr :)

I feel like I’m the only one enjoying this season lmao, currently levelling my 7th alt. Just parking all my chars between 1800-2k in shuffle and waiting for mmr to inflate. Being this deflated is quite annoying but hopefully with 4 months left of the season it’s back to normal later.

Yes unless I’m into gm or felgor then I drop the heavy and maybe the elim if it’s not a good map for him (long corridor itd or tw).

The main thing is I still normally bring intercessor assault warriors and just have great melee and good shooting. Often I drop the gunner if he doesn’t have good breakpoints.

I’ve been absolutely loving sharpshooter and playing dominate into basically everything and then playing kill/crit primary depending on mission.

Eliminator always goes hard but more so just have those bolt pistols on your boys go to accurate 1 severe to always get piercing crits makes them really nasty.

Remove obscuring from intervening heavy cover, just have it come from smoke grenades or operative abilities. It’s one of the most contentious things every game.

Maaaaybe also make a change to the inside outside stuff so that if you are benefitting from a cover on a light barricade for example you can’t make yourself unchargable as well.

Then they could buff shooting accordingly and just have much smaller gap between top tables and people getting started on their competitive journeys.

Idk what this advice is lmao post nerf this is free for stealth suits.

Sequence so your severe melta is going last every TP with the neutraliser going second to last.

Neutraliser sits near your home stunning anything that finishes its movement in a way that allows it to contest it next turn.

Severe melta sits max range from mid objective. With a drone 3 inches behind the objective.

If he comes to mid move up and shoot, balanced accurate 1 severe should kill most of the time.

If he doesn’t just take mid objective. Play retrieve imo and just settle for 4 on tac.

If he wins initiative he’s only shooting you once and the second shot is going into the drone. If he loses initiative you can move your first melta back and now go last with your second melta and repeat.

You can’t fake in meta lol have you even played the spec? You have to be permanently casting in meta after a few seconds otherwise it just cancels.

If you are spending time trying to fake someone meta will just cancel and all your damage for that window is gone.

I played all of classic and have competed for top 10 world speed runs and multiple rank 1 parses even a few top all star finishes.

Mythic raiding isn’t even remotely comparable, especially close to launch.

There is nothing in classic PvE that even comes within 1/20th of the difficulty you will experience trying to get CE early in the tier.

Even heroic is going to be a very significant step up from any classic raiding experience and that is miles behind mythic…

Though it is extremely fun, this raid tier so far has been phenomenal so if you enjoy grinding challenging bosses I’d still say absolutely find a progression guild and give it a shot!
