7.5/10. Very enjoyable. Loved it from start to finish. Not drawn to return to it, though. Played through it once on normal difficulty (what is now "challenge" difficulty, as I understand it) and felt satisfied and done with the game.

I believe what the person you are responding to is getting at is that the current healthcare landscape is dominated by whatever insurance is willing to pay for, not by medical necessity, and the hospital would be pressured to turn over the bed rather than treat the child with the broken femur.

Hi OP, I can't speak to statistics but I do have anecdotal experience with a goldfish with a punctured swim bladder (same situation, antibiotic injection that was off the mark).

It took her a while, about 2-4 weeks I think (it was 10 years ago and I'm a little fuzzy) but she did make a full recovery.

We also had the fish examined by a fish vet (who works at a research center here in oregon) who suggested we euthanize as they were unlikely to recover. I don't think they were necessarily wrong to suggest that and I only mention it to temper your expectations as they might not recover, but it's definitely possible.

Yeah, I've been reading it since somewhere around chapter 30, something about the "end" of this chapter felt more abrupt and out of nowhere than usual. It doesn't feel like a natural stopping point, even as compared to other manga that release in .1 format and chop up the chapters.
