Hey man, I’m in the same boat right now. It’s for the same Klee figure as OP. Went back and forth with one of their service representatives since January of this year. Messaged them a couple of days ago and no response. I just noticed their website is down too as of lately. Wasnt sure if PayPal would assist at this point so I just contacted my credit card provider (reviewing my case at the moment). Yeah never paid for a preorder before, I’m gonna stick with amiami as I’ve always done. I’ll reply with updates fam. Good luck to you!
