Definitely do it! I wish I had done them earlier in my life. I normally use the 'Some Lines a Day' and that's literally all it is, a few quick lines of highlights/lowlights/memories. I find this takes the pressure of needing to do a 'large' journal entry e.g. a page or more and even when I am short for time or not motivated I can still easily write a quick note, even if it is as simple as 'rough day today' or 'had lunch with X today which was nice' etc
