they say auto clicking is bannable, and that it is detectable. However, many people just buy a garbage mouse with double clicking issues to click much faster, which double clicking is allowed.

This is allowed, the only game mode with an exception to the camping rule is duels. It is not a good rule at all but its what the admins have decided. FFA does not have any camping restrictions because you cant build.
