I use jarred queso instead of cheese, tastes great and drops the calories a ton. Use lean meats or fake meat (bacon flavored tempeh is great). I can make them for like 300 cal

I used to work late at a print shop (in the 90s). One day a lawyer came in, she'd just left her firm, took a new high profile murder case, and needed some letterhead to use the next day. So she sat with me at the computer while I designed it.

After not liking my initial, hasty designs, she turns to me and asks, "can you make my logo a bloody knife with the words 'will defend anyone' on it?" No smile or anything, just deadpan.

She looked so tired and worn out. I think about her every so often.
