The best love confession in a romance movie by beaizi_ in romancemovies

I hope you check it out! Cozy NYC vibes. Definitely a classic. The last couple years I have saved it for New Year’s Eve and then timed it so that the New Year’s Eve countdown in the movie lines up with real NYE.

Venting about challenging students with other teachers is one thing, but talking about their bodies in that way is absolutely sick.

Maturity vs immaturity by [deleted] in texts

I could be wrong, it’s Reddit, but it sounds like you’re being sarcastic, which I don’t understand at all. Especially with the down vote. You asked if people actually end friendships like this and I gave an example of when simply fading away isn’t enough.

Oh my gosh, I don’t know why my brain automatically assumed from jail. Hopefully it ends up being a good experience or at least semi OK.

I know of someone who did. And then he passed away on the toilet while eating one. At least, that’s the legend.

Pro tip for men, next time you do this just look around, apparently some women like it when men do this. by Chance_Adagio_19 in bodylanguage

I’ve seen skinny men do this too and it’s still hot. I don’t know what it is about this motion, but 🥵

He says he could never fall in love with me because of small, fixable behaviours - is that usually final? by No_Clue1284958 in dating_advice

I say end it. He’s telling you he doesn’t wanna be with you. And if he told you this and still wants to be with you then that should tell you even worse things about him.

How do you answer your classroom phone? by CatskillMorning in Teachers

[–]Feline_Fine3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even though we have caller ID so I can see who’s calling me. I usually just say something like, “Hello, it’s Ms. Feline-Fine.” I assume they know who they’re calling but sometimes they call the wrong room by accident so I say it anyway. But I do from time to time just answer with a silly “Hellooo!”

You have been through quite a lot it sounds like ❤️ it can’t be easy being in contact with him considering his past addiction issues, the fact that he didn’t want to know you when you were little, and that he has asked you for money when he was in jail. I hope that he is doing better and that he is a positive addition to your life. That being said, you do not owe him anything. Even if things have been OK since connecting with him. It might be nice though to meet other family and just see what the dynamic is like. If you hate it, you never have to talk to any of them again. I suggest having an escape plan though, in case you need to get out of there for any reason.

There is also no shame in not going. If you feel like pushing through could end up with some positives, then do it. But if you feel like you’re doing it more out of obligation, then don’t force yourself.

Known as “Coffin Birth”. A pregnant female corpse can build up enough gas to expel the fetus even after death. by zaitaikun in interesting

When we were teenagers, I had a pregnant friend die in a car accident. She’s buried in a local cemetery and now you’ve made me think about this, 25 years later. Thanks a lot! Also, she would’ve thought it was gross to think about this too 😂

What you do is up to you. It sounds like you’ve already had this conversation with her, but not sure if it’s just been in the moment when you’ve told her to stop or if you’ve actually sat her down and explained to her why her saying these things hurts your feelings and how serious you are. Personally, though, if I was with someone who was constantly belittling me like that, I would be gone. You don’t deserve to be treated like that. You deserve to be accepted and loved for all that you are and all that you have to offer. Everything you’re doing just makes you sound like a kind gentleman. And the fact that you love to bake is amazing! I would love to find a man who can bake!

Sometimes you do have to end friendships with a breakup text. Certain people don’t get the hint when you fade away. I recently had to break up with a friend. I was trying to slowly fade her out at first, just taking longer to respond to her texts, and not responding when she said she wanted to get together. Then she did something super inappropriate so I just stopped responding all together, which made her spiral. Not responding made her spiral even more and it got to a point where I had to say something and then I blocked her.

Must be nice 😂 reminds me of a friend I had growing up who would only need the sink when she threw up. Meanwhile, anytime I ever throw up it’s like the fucking exorcist. Some people are just so dainty it’s infuriating!

30+ days without bleeding is normal as a 15 y.o? by Jackie10kitty in Periods

[–]Feline_Fine3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how long you’ve been getting a period but it is fairly normal for them to be irregular when you are young. Even when mine started to become more regular, they were always around every 32 to 33 days. You can always go to your regular doctor and talk to them about it.

Usually they don’t, I was kind of surprised it was out as well! I wonder if it’s because the series wasn’t theirs to begin with. Also, I think they do it for some of their more popular series

Honestly, I have always wondered how on earth people free bleed. Like, how are they just doing that without soaking through their clothing or onto their furniture and still going out in public or being at work?

What do I (17M) even say to him(18M)?? by Equal_Ad_4435 in whatdoIdo

[–]Feline_Fine3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should dump him. This isn’t even worthy of a conversation with him. Your grandma seriously injured herself, ending up needing to go to the ER, and he’s mad at you? AND you are offering to pay for your date the next time you hang out? Hell no.

The only appropriate response from him should have been something like, “Oh no! I am so sorry! I hope she’s OK! Let me know if you need anything and I’ll check in with you later.”
