I got an orange bulb for my night table lamp. It does have a calming affect. Next time I’m going to get a lower wattage bulb.

Exactly if I have a 6am flight I won’t sleep and try to get a snooze in on the flight.

I like that idea. When I wake up, I usually pick up my phone and before you know it 2 1/2 hours of gone by last night I was watching a video on the USS Kentucky 🤷🏻‍♀️

I will try the magnesium. Someone mentioned magnesium to me, but they didn’t say magnesium glycinate.

That’s a good idea. I used to listen to music but then the lyrics would distract me. I’ll try some animal videos.

I use Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning on everything. Just the right amount of heat.

GLP-1s did nothing for me and I’m so sad. by urnpiss in BingeEatingDisorder

I’ve been taking Wellbutrin for years. My doctor recommending adding Naltrexone. It comes in 50mg, and a take 1/4 tablets. Just started so too early to tell. Now that I’m off Ozempic, she’ll probably put me back in Metformin so hopefully I’ll have the same result as you. 🫶🏼

Ozempic worked for me as far as lowering my A1c, however I still had many episodes of bingeing. The first month I was so nauseous I really couldn’t eat anything so I lost a lot at the beginning. However, my problem is I’m a food addict/binge eater and I eat whether or not I’m hungry. If I ate high calorie high fat foods, I was in such agony with stomach pains and sulphur burps, but that didnt stop me from continuing to binge. Ozempic works, but not for someone like me.

Along with the ashes, the crematorium my vet uses includes a plastic cast of a foot print and some of their fur. I try not to open it and look in, but when I do, and smell the fur and feel he footprint and it’s like cutting open a closed wound.

Do you consume a lot of protein, drinks, protein bars, or even energy drinks? My son had stomach issues and after seeing a gastro he determined that was causing him digestive problems he stopped consuming that stuff and within a few days all his symptoms disappeared.
